week 4 Question

Has there been a time where you made an error either with money or dealing with a customer? Explain what happened and how you corrected it. What will you do differently next time?

I haven't been in a situation where I have gotten someone's money wrong. I'm being honest!! Math is my favorite subject. So i'm pretty good with working around money. Plus, everyone of my previous jobs have been with working around some kind of amont of money.

Week 3 Question

I have had friends ask me for free things. That is definitly a position that I didnt want to be in. What made even harder is when people say"so-and-so" gave it to me for free, and i'm like well I dont want to lose my job. And alot o fpeople get mad when you tell them that you can't do it. I just do not understand why people come to a shop empty-handed and expect to get something free!! I've handled this situation prettty well in the past. I am going to handle this situation the same way in the future.

week 2 question

When the shop is slow there is numerous things you can do. You can wash dishes. You can stock your area. You can even wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. that make the area look and smell good. The thing I do is go to the back and wash dishes. Mrs Scredon always expects for you to keep a clean area!! Another thng you can do is sweep and mop up the shop.

week 1 question

Working at jittery joes isn't my first experience with working. I'm eighteen and have had four jobs before this one!! Somethings that Ive learned from other jobs is to be patient with some people. And always work a little fast. Because Jiteerty joes has rush periods too!! I've had expirence with working on registers so thats not a problem either. And most of the jobs i've had I was working around food so Jittery Joes wasn't that hard for me to adapt to!!
